Bucbricks 1 Ardleigh - A very well stocked lake that has a good head of Perch, Bream, Roach, Crucian, Rudd, Carp & Skimmers.
Depth ranges from 1 to 7 feet.
Very sandy bottom and quicksand so strictly no
wading.
Plenty of colour all year round.	Best Method : Pole or Waggler with Maggots, Corn or Worm
Open all year but no keep nets to be used 16th March to 15th June
Bucbricks 2 Ardleigh - The largest lake on this complex (approx. 2.5 acres) that has a good head of Carp, Perch, Bream, Roach, Rudd, Tench, & Skimmers.
Depth ranges from 3 to 18 feet with some deep water in the margins.

Please park at right angles to the fence to allow for as many					
places to park as possible. Be careful of the road traffic.	

Very sandy bottom and quicksand so strictly no

Glebe Farm Langham - A very well stock lake that has a good head of fish:

Approx 2 acres - Lake depth ranges from 2 to 6 feet.					
					
Please park in the designated Car Park but do not go down					
the hill, it is not permitted.
					
Best Method : Pole or Waggler with all baits working well

Closed season from Midnight 14th March until Midnight 15th June
Langham Ponds 1 - This lake has a good head of specimen fish:					
Carp, Tench, Perch, Roach, Rudd, Pike, Eels, & Bream.				
Approx 2 acres - Lake depth ranges from 2 to 8 feet.				
					
Please park in the designated Car Park but not in front of					
the storage container.				
					
Important : Minimum 42" Landing Net required on this Lake when fishing for Carp.				
Most baits work well but the fish in here are so wary					
so patience is required but worth it if your successful.
Open all year but no keep nets to be used 16th March to 15th June
Langham Ponds 2 - This lake is not really suitable for fishing at present.
We are in dialogue with the EA and Land Owners to resolve the heavy silt that's built up before we start to restock with more Carp. Silvers and Eels can still be caught.									
Approx 1.5 acres the lake depth ranges from 2 to 4 feet.				
					
Please park in the designated Car Park but not in front of					
the storage container.				
					
Fishing here is currently impaired by duck weed so not recommended.
The Working Party will be working on this in due course.
Open all year but no keep nets to be used 16th March to 15th June

River Stour at the Black Barn stretch in Stratford St Mary - Essex Bank Only - Superb fishing along this stretch of the River Stour. Upstream to Low Lift and downstream to Stratford Mill Pool.
 					
Carp, Bream, Roach, Dace, Pike, Perch, Barbel, & Chub, plus					
the occasional Trout showing.
					
No parking at Broom House or tracks leading to Broom House.				
Park in designated areas and please do not block any farm or house entrances.	
Alternative Car Parking on the public road in Stratford St Mary by the Mill Pool, where permissible.
					
Closed season from Midnight 14th March until Midnight 15th June
River Stour Mill Pool Stratford St Mary - Essex Banks Only - Superb fishing here at the Mill Pool and for approx. 300 yards downstream.
 					
Carp, Bream, Roach, Dace, Pike, Perch, Barbel, & Chub, plus					
the occasional Trout showing.
					
Parking is on public road by the Mill Pool where permissable

River Stour Langham - Essex Bank Only - Water shown here is in the Langham Complex.
Superb fishing stretching from here in Langham right through to approx. 300 yards downstream past Stratford St Mary Mill Pool.
 					
Carp, Bream, Roach, Dace, Pike, Perch, Barbel, & Chub, plus					
the occasional Trout showing.							
Please park in the designated Car Park but not in front of					
the storage container.			
					
Closed season on the River from Midnight 14th March until Midnight 15th June
Dedham Mill Pool and River approx 200 yards upstream - Suffolk Bank Only - Superb fishing here at the Mill Pool and for approx. 200 yards downstream. Must finish at 10pm when fishing the Mill Pool. Night fishing available on the river past the Mill Pool.
 					
Carp, Bream, Roach, Dace, Pike, Perch, Barbel, & Chub, plus					
the occasional Trout showing.
					
Parking is available in the Dedham Mill Pool public pay and display car park.
